Your wonderlic test score
So after seeing how TT fared on the Wonderlic test after the whole STFU incident (he got a 22), I wanted to see exactly how hard the test is...somehow I only got 2 wrong so I got a 45. How did you guys fare? Heres the link: http://walterfootball.com/draftwonderlic.php
Is 3 a decent score?
Yeah, the scoring is similar to golf.
Yeah but golf is something we'd all own tims ass in
Great, here come all of the one-uppers to show each one is smarter than the last.
i was going to post this exact same thing at 3:27 but came up with a WAY better post idea
i got to about question 7 before i realized i would have to be either a potential first rounder or one third of the high kids who took this to keep going.
so let's just say 47
It stops you when time is up, so it gives a better representation.

10 for 10 but I have a gripe on that logic question, because it clearly contains extra assumptions (is she the ONLY person responsible for office supplies? MUST notebooks be ordered? etc.)
EDIT heres the question: If the first two statements are true, is the final statement true?
Sandra is responsible for ordering all office supplies.
Notebooks are office supplies.
Sandra is responsible for ordering notebooks.
Is Sandra hot?
I am done with tests

(Head asplode). Why couldn't it just be ink blots or something.
OK I'm sorry OP but I'm throwing the yellow flag on your post.
I took one of these a few weeks ago - it was only ten questions and it was timed. I believe the real wonderlic is timed as well - thus reducing the number of right answers (I'm pretty sure VY could get a 45 if you gave him a week to do it).
If I'm correct these guys have about a minute to answer each question - so if you got done with it in under 20 minutes, then yeah, that's a legit score. If not, it's bogus.
Why do I even care about this again? I don't know.
[EDIT - I can read: 50 questions in 12 minutes! Please tell me you got your 45 while you did it in less than 5 minutes]
I disagree with their answer to 17. I picked the only one with a number that repeated within itself. I want credit dammit.
That one put me at a 42.5.
I had the answer right for the printed pages then changed it. Also relationship between flammable and inflammable. Was rushing by the end despite still having 6 minutes on the clock.
how did you have 6 minutes left when you were only suppose to get 5 minutes to start with?
Checkmate.
Spartan Bob was the timer...
I also said 211 for that... it's correct in my book, but to guess it we thought about it way too hard.
The five-legged kitty is a nice touch.
Oh that's not a leg.
LOL this cracked me up.
My favorite was "Position: Doggy!"
I laughed 'til I stopped!
I was born in Febtober.
FEBTOBER!!!!
the drawing one is wrong too there is only 1 shape that is not a parallelogram...i remember that from an IQ test i took
I concur. I picked the only shape that had no parallel sides. The question was ambiguous!
I got 42.5 on the untimed one and 40 on the other. This proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the people who score the highest on these tests do so because they don't have the talent or coordination to play football on a NFL level.
It makes me wonder if they give these tests so they can take the ones with the lowest scores first.
over 9000
Not sure how official it is, but no one has ever gotten a perfect score and a score in the 40's is pretty rare. Not doubting the genius level here on mgoblog, but Myron Rolle is a Rhode Scholar and didn't get 50 and these guys are prepped for the test. So I give these scores 3 fakes out of 5. A score in the 40's is like a 4.4 40yd dash.
47.5 makes my brain pure dilithium then. skipped #17 and ran out of time

Not true, I remember a Bengal punter from the late 70's whose football card indicated that he had a perfect score. Then again, Topps may not be authoritative.
Although I forgot to take into account the fact that I suck at math...
The real wonderlic test is 50 questions and has a time limit of 12 min. I actually had to take one for a job interview a couple weeks ago (along with a logic test), they wouldnt tell me what I scored, but apparently good enough for a 2nd interview! FWIW I only got through 45 questions in the time limit.
42.5-My draft stock should now be on the rise.
EDIT: I just read the alternate solution to question 10. Since I used the same logic as the alternate solution I am unofficially bumping my score to 45. (And now I will stop taking this so seriously)
42.5 and i didn't even pray before i took it

I got a 40 in the two-minute, ten question test and a 30 in the five-minute, twenty question test (using a calculator in neither; is this allowed?) My conclusion is I have a fair amount of the much sought-after quickness, but that I lack top-end speed.

that's what she said
