Question about the helmets

I've been wondering what color the facemasks are on the new helemts. Some say it's dark blue and some say it's black. It definitely looks black to me in these pictures. Thoughts?

The helmets shouldn't have facemasks until we beat MSU and OSU.

Do we have a countdown to beating msu and osu clock? Or is it called a countdown to relevancy clock? I just want to have an idea how much longer I have to live in a cave? Its gotten a little nicer in the cave at least with Osama and Saddam gone, they snored and smelled bad.
