FYI this will only affect a few people who downloaded it super-fast but I thought the opponent at a glance boxes were illegible at the resolution I printed it at so I've replaced those pages. It added about a MB and a half to the PDF. If you redownload it now you'll have the higher res version.
If I ordered 2 copies, what is the policy on forwarding the link to my brother? I don't want to infringe on your guys' hard work in any way by forwarding, so figured I'll ask first.

I'm greedy. Although I love my digital copy, I purchased two hard copies for my dad & uncle who are not tech people. I'm enjoying mine today, but when can we expect the hard copies?
