OT: NBA Finals Game 4

Not gonna lie, having the crowd sing the national anthem was a great idea by Cleveland. Kudos!

Lebron's gotta fix his broken jumper man. He can't win games bullying through the lane anymore. Not to mention he's slowly losing his elite athleticism.

The league is soft. Neither him or Lebron did any real shit talking until there were 4 guys standing in between them to break it up. I don't care where he grew up, he's a punk that talks shit and throws cheap shots and has never backed up his tough guy persona face to face... He waits for people to step in between and then plays the hard ass role. He's good at talking shit. Never once backed it up. He's bush league

because everyone loves absolutes,

there's not a team in the league that wouldn't take him,

there's not a fan that wouldn't love him if he were on their team

pistons fans loved rasheed and rick mahorn and laimbeer. Laimbeer is the biggest asshole on the planet

oh and when I have to listen to Detroit fans who still think they have anything to cheer for. Literally worst city in the country and worst sports city. Your venues are crap. But hey at least you have that awesome... oh right you're good at scamming people and poisoning them.

Who gets more blame this game? Lebron or Lue? I'm gonna go with Lue, but Lebron just disappeared letting Kyrie go iso-crazy at the end of the 3rd and midway through the 4th.

I think Lue needs a lot of the blame over the series because of the bench rotation. Frye should have gotten a lot more time on the floor. But LeBron deserves most of the blame for this game due to his constant pass-first mentality when he should've been taking it to the rim.

As I watch the end of this game, it is my hope - in a weird way - that "Believeland", the 30 For 30 about the heartbreak that is Cleveland's professional sports in the last two generations or so was made a series too early. If this holds and the go back to Oakland down 3-1, the setup is there for a fantastic addition to that particular documentary.

Well, it was a different NBA that was universally more physical. So you weren't bothered as much. Also, nobody really taunted or dramatically over acted the way Green does; guys like Mahorn and Laimbeer were jerks on the court, but they kept it professional. Finally, Green is cheap with a lot of his fouls. It would be one thing if he got a reputation for hard fouls, but instead he's hitting guys in the balls and slamming them from behind.

Because it was a different era back then and our guys didn't cross the line. Bill would never punch a guy in the dick or grab his balls. And, it's different when your team is the so-called "dirty team."

*lifelong Pistons fan; I'm not calling them a dirty team.
