We hired him because he's a fantastic football coach and because he could bring the edginess back to Michigan after the last 2 regimes. He might not be PC but we don't need a PC coach.

I'm A-OK with a controversial coach who rocks the boat in a field that is completely corrupt in how it governs as long as we don't become hypocrites along the way. Everyone else looks idiotic when you realize they are complaining about us working in an acceptable way while they do less (coaching and on the field) while breaking the rules. Go ahead and keep making them change the rules because of Harbaugh for the people who break rules. It's not sustainable for them.

So far, the only significant shame that Rutgers' secret order has brought is to English grammar, but you know, they only got this thing off the ground about, oh, 20 hours ago. You have to give them time to spread out from attempts at meancing acrostic poetry and minor vandalism - maybe tomorrow they'll shake their fist at someone at say they are unwelcome in that location.

This is not criticism of Harbaugh....but he has to be one of the most competitive people alive today.

He is always looking for a challenge and an opponent.  He thrives on it... its a fascinating personal trait....but can be off-putting if you do not understand that at his heart he is a good person.

He can be an over-competitive jerk.  We know that.  It's what we signed up for.

He's not going to change.  Remember his intro presser?  "It's the only personality I've got."

As long as he doesn't do it at convents and orphanages, I'm cool with it.

I don't care what he does as long as he wins football games. Be the most hated coach in college football and I wouldn't care if he's winning national titles. Hell who likes Saban? Well the state of Alabama and no one else.

I like what the Bulls Blood people did, and I like Harbaugh's response. It's the off-season and this stuff is quirky and entertaining--which is probably why I like college football to begin with. Anyone who thinks this is somehow embarrassing or unbecoming need to chill and stop taking everything so seriously.

I'd be okay with it. Not because I hate Rutgers. But merely because they need to be reminded of their place in the pecking order. If we're up 56-0 with 2 mins to go in the 4th, I wouldn't mind Harbaugh going for the jugular and adding another TD just because he could.

Rutgers may be the worst thing that's ever happened to the Big Ten. Its hard to find any value they directly add to the conference, athletically or otherwise. Their only saving grace is that they happen to be an hour away from one of the biggest cities in the world.

1.  We are forced to relive part of the Brady Hoke era with that video, and I'm forced to remember I thought his reaction was OK, because we scored anyway.  What an idiot I am.

2.  It's about Rutgers.

3.  Ray Rice is at the Rutgers/OSU camp, and this is the first I'm hearing about it?  With the current climate in college football, why isn't every media outlet not on this story torching both schools?  Turning them into a fine Ash, if you will...
