Is it just me, or did the show just kind of throw the Brotherhood Without Banners in with no context and then just make them look really bad and out of sync with the story?

They seem to me to be jumping around alot more with no real context to some plot hooks and information. I love the show, but it definitely isn't as smooth running as the previous seasons.

I don't like how they're spending a little time in each episode checking in on each group of characters. I'd rather get 20 mins of story with a smaller cast that 5 mins with each bunch.

Normally I'd complain about the show spending any time on Theon and his whole group, but not this week. Because boobs.

It is not just you - those riders did not seem like the BWB of Beric & Thoros we met seasons ago. Although it has been said they're thieves and cutthroats, so maybe that first group we met is the best of them and this group not so much? And why Swengin for just 15 minutes? That whole sidetrack was a little stupid.

I'm watching Deadwood for the first time right now. I am about to start the final season tonight. These quotes are hilarious. Every time I watch one of these older series, I see someone from a a different series. Walter White's wife is Bullock's wife.

Are we sure that was the actual brotherhood? As I recall from the books there was a mercenary band impersonating them.

Well, in the books Bear Island has developed a culture of warrior women. But let's face it, they just need her to ride up to the battlefield and the Boltons will surrender out of sheer terror. Give this girl slacker Dany's dragons and the show would have been over in two seasons with Lyanna on the Iron Throne.

Davos has become one of my favorite characters on the show. He knows how to talk to people, no matter who it is. Jon and Sansa talked to her like a child. Davos talked to her like the head of a Great House.
