ESPN: No-Longer-Way-Too-Early Top 25 for 2015-16 (MBB)
Michigan... not on the list.
B1G: Maryland (1), Indiana (14), Michigan State (19), Wisconsin (24)
Call me an assface, but it's hard to say we will "always" be good when we missed tournament play last year.
The unfortunate situation is that The Beilein Model will have peaks and valleys unless guys stay with the team longer. He's a victim of his own success in way.
I love seeing our guys go the NBA, but the reason some other schools do well consistently without many 1 & Done'ers is because most of their players stay 4 years.
Sincerely,
Assface

We went to the title game because the number 2 recruit in the nation came alive and tore up the tournament. He's routinely landing good talent to go along with mixing in some diamond in the rough guys.
We played pretty well down the stretch especially against Illinois and Wisconsin in the BTT. With Caris and Walton back, we should be pretty good. We were missing our top 2 guards for the majority of the season. We will be very deep with guys like MAAR, Dawkins, and Spike providing minutes after starting last year.

Michigan is projected to be ranked by basically everyone other than this writer, including the following;
Jeff Goodman (ESPN)
CBS
NBC
Sports Illustrated
SBNation
USA Today
Bleacher Report
Lunardi (ESPN)
Bleacher Report and USA Today don't make predictions, they just report what they heard elsewhere
However I believe you are mistaken as this list was compiled by USA Today writer Scott Gleeson and has UM #22.

I can't wait to see Dawkins almost hit his head on the backboard this year.
