" look man, the team, the school, the Blue Nation, the fans"

Dude we all need you man. If he doesn't choose to come to Michigan now he will never come. Just my thoughts

I want Harbaugh as much as any of you, but my god. At this point I think it's a forgone conclusion that 99% of Michigan fans want nothing less than Harbaugh. So if he does say no, we're not gonna know what to do.

"My dad would think in broader terms," he said. "But would see Jim as a conduit to bring back success that we were used to years ago." - from the Maize'n'Brew interview

I am pretty sure that captures the prevailing feeling of the board as well, that of all the potential candidates, Harbaugh probably provides the best opportunity to rebuild that success probably for the cultural fit and ability to unify various groups alone.

I would also like to go on record with others and say that I believe it is a good time for Jimmy to consider coming home, although I cannot confirm the source on this one.

This program misses Bo so much. For those of you too young to be around while he was coaching at Michigan, I'm not sure you can appreciate it. ... I wish Coach Harbaugh well in whatever he decides to do, wherever it may be to give him the sense of fulfillment that he's looking for. I hope he does come home to Michigan.

With all this hype if Jim turns down Michigan will kind of make him look like a total asshole.

Entire country knows our beloved Wolverines are at defcon 5. 99.99 percent of Michigan fan base wants Jimmy. People coming out of the wood work for this.

What an asshole if he takes the cash over us, right ?

Haha
