So we can only play good on one side of the ball, got it. That is Hokes master plan.

What these games do is utterly destroy a secondary's confidence in itself and build up the confidence of QB's who will be facing us. Offenses will play us expecting to run up big yards and this will excite them and make them play bettter

Fun fact: iPhone just changed "Hoke" to "Hole"

I swear it feels like the eye of sauron is focusing solely on michigan football.

MSU: 14
NEB: 00
And look very good against a tough defense. We are fucked if this is all we can muster.

The chips are actually falling for both MSU and ND to make the playoff. Possibly the worst year ever.
October 4th, 2014 at 9:24 PM ^
Not even close. Bama will be ranked just behind or ahead of them. Oregon too. Ole Miss will leapfrog them. So will Miss St.. Notre Dame will still be ahead. They'll move up a spot or 2, but even then, most of the teams just behind them play a much harder schedule and could leapfrog them at any time.

Sparty looks like the real deal in this game. They are going to end up in the playoff easily they way they are playing.
October 4th, 2014 at 9:37 PM ^
Do you think so? Their strength of schedule is weak. They only play one very good team and they got blown out.
October 4th, 2014 at 9:07 PM ^
I honestly might not watch. Its going to be the worst game ever. Just a throttling from beginning to end
October 4th, 2014 at 9:04 PM ^
Actually- this D and these games are starting to feel like RR's last year when every game was a track meet
October 4th, 2014 at 9:04 PM ^
And the defense proceeds to give up 300+ yards in the half. Fuck this shit.

it'll get some real change in the AD. Fire Brandon and the whole football staff. You cannot be this inept on both sides of the ball at Rutgers in year 4. Go tire fire go. Get me a good coach
October 4th, 2014 at 9:05 PM ^
The same as it ever was..
October 4th, 2014 at 9:06 PM ^
Not to defend the coaching much, but at some point the players do have to make tackles and keep up with receivers. Frank Clark has to sack Nova there, and Countess can't keep losing WRs. It isn't to excusve everyone and I know that coaches are responsible for player development, but some of this is beyond their control.

RR called... He wants his defense back
October 4th, 2014 at 9:09 PM ^
RR's defense just beat Oregon. We'd only be so lucky.
October 4th, 2014 at 9:10 PM ^
I saved latin, what did you ever do?
October 4th, 2014 at 9:07 PM ^
Hoke's decision to stick with Morris so long last week and not give Gardner a shot, looks dumber by the the minute.
October 4th, 2014 at 9:07 PM ^
and I just have to say Spartan Stadium is a joke.
October 4th, 2014 at 9:08 PM ^
And yet I can't stop watching.
I will continue my self-imposed punishment by watching the dumpster fire of a Tigers bullpen implode again tomorrow in the 8th inning.
I completely expect Rutgers to make all the adjustments and blow M out in the second half. Hoke's only adjustment will be more clapping.
October 4th, 2014 at 9:08 PM ^
Funny how I keep saying on here that Frank Clark is constantly hyped as being great every year since 2012 and yet never lives up to and I get blasted all the time. The dude is a fucking beast of an athlete and can't even bring down Nova when it matters.

It was a bad play, but it was also only one bad play. And had Countess stayed with his man, it probably wouldn't have been an issue.
