Diabetes cure.
I'm guessing that was one of the charity dinners, like maybe the banquet for the Griese/Hutchinson/Woodson golf outing? I would have pegged Charles for a red wine drinker though. haha
For the LOVE of everything that is good in life!!! Will someone please embed! Please. If there was a way to pay you some of my Mgopoints I would.
At the moment, it doesn't seem to be one of the sharing options available for the video, but yesterday, the Countdown To Kickoff video found its way to YouTube relatively quickly, so hopefully that is the case today as well. Disqus (which powers the current site, from the looks of things) is definitely different than Vimeo (which allowed easy embedding), which is what was used last year, I believe.

Y U NO CLICK MGOVIDEO???
Of course he isn't. They have the same amount of Heisman winners as EMU.
Lighten up, man. It wasn't even fall camp when that video was filmed.

Actully, the inconsequential thing is your whining about Michigan traditions. Let the players talk about what they want to talk about. Some jersey numbers means something to the players, and your moaning about it won't change that - nor should it.

These kids on both teams are young and brash. They want to be known.
You don't understand that and just show your butt hurt in different ways.

They gotta fill up 30 of these segments, 3 of which have to be made before any practices. Just enjoy the football fluff and don't think about it too much.

Nothing good can ever come of achieving a goal set in high school.

If you think they aren't concerned about notoriety or they are somehow more humble... just because they want notoriety for names and not numbers, you are not too bright.

Michigan isn't the only team with a "living legends" jersey traditon. LSU's #18 immediately comes to mind and I'm sure that other teams have similar traditions. Every team retires #'s and I personally like the Legends program. It connects the new players with the great leaders of the past.
Stop HATIN' If the players are inspired by it, does it really matter what we think?

I really don't want to do anything MSU does. We are a totally different program from them where history is important similar to Alabama, Notre Dame, Ohio, or Oklahoma. Having names like Spartan dawgs or showing clips from movies like 300 seems really lame to me but it works out for MSU. Welcoming heisman winners back and having legends patches for past players works for us.
