bang head vs wall Bradley
he's such a liability to me, sure would be nice to have some leadership on this team, like Donovon
Bradley garbage again and a giveaway with numbers. Has he played well for a half YET?! Time to start questioning his role.
Besler has been the underrated MVP this tourney. Can't think of a serious error all tourney. (knock on wood)
Bradley really does seem to be off today. Just missing passes, turning the ball over.
TODAY? Try the entire World Cup. He gave the Portugal game away on a gold platter.
That was a compound failure - Bradley was part of that. But so far today, he just seems off. Of course, looks like there are a couple of yips across the lineup right now.
nice
DEMPSEY!
Even that play Bradley lost the ball - it just went to Dempsey. lol
At this point if Altidore was healthy I'd put Dempsey back to Bradley role and get him out of here. But right now there is literally no other player not named Dempsey who can do that role - which is sort of sad.
the one guy who makes me feel confident, all the other guys play too scared or inconsistent
Also similar to Edu turnover last WC sigh
Bradley has been a liabilty, don't know what's going on.
Edit: He's run farther than any other player in the cup till the QF, because of position or just straight covering his fuck ups?
he plays too important of a role for his ability, weak ass player
Put Yedlin in for one of these guys who don't want to be there. Bradley is just chasing and hasn't had a good touch yet.
Beasley - thank you
U.S. not playing as well vs top opponent compared to say Nigeria, Algeria, Swiss in earlier games.
here, we're playing too damn timid
The US does look a little tired. Belgium is also very good, but the US players seem a step slow.
They are also giving them pretty nice cushions outside, which I guess is a strategic decision but damn annoying. Like UM's defensive backs last year.
It's not tired in the first 20 minutes. They are just very offensively gifted.
They definitely are, but at the same time they do just seem a step slow. They played better against equally-skilled team in Germany.
You do realize that first-half substitutions aren't very common in high-level soccer, right?
for Tim Howard
If Fabian goes out they probably put Cameron back and Yedlin in. Or keep Cameron up and Yedlin back?
EDIT: I am confused - why not Cameron go back and Yedlin up at midfield. Yedlin's head is going to be spinning here.
WTF with the hamstrings for USA
Well, that's not good.
in the 2nd half, we need him badly
They said only in emergency. It doesnt sound like he can really run full speed for any period of time.
Why couldn't that have been Bradley? Johnson has been playing his heart and mind out. Bradley looks like he thinks daddy is still coaching and won't ever take him out.
Hoepfully this is part of Klinsman's master plan. Belgium is really young and have expended a lot of energy in the first half. We definitely have more experience. Belgium has only scored after the 70th minute, but they also have only allow a goal on set pieces.
It's gonna be a nail biter.
make a better kick there man
Bradley walking like it's a Sunday afternoon. GET HIM OUT OF THERE!
like the dirty Euros they are. USA! USA! USA!
what's the deal? come on guys
Bradley annoys the hell out of me, no offensive skills and he plays on the front line, I don't get it.
