Tyrone Wheatley highlights
I figured this would be more interesting to watch than last year's Penn State game which will be on BTN in the next hour.
I got rid of the slow mo replays on the old tribute so I could add 6 more minutes of highlights of Wheatley. I loved watching him run. And an offensive line that could open holes, that's pretty cool too.

Edit: Title changed from 'Tyrone Wheatley' to 'Tyrone Wheatley highlights,' to calm ckersh74's nerves. He was NOT hit by a bread truck.
I almost forgot what it felt like to watch a running back for Michigan that could run the ball like Tyrone Wheatley did. Just watching those highlights made my eyes water. I sure hope we are blessed to be able to watch someone as special as he was play for Michigan again.
Some of those runs made me wonder what it would have been like if Denard was our full time running back from day one. Some of the plays Denard made were just as exhilarating.

So many great memories, love that guy.
The first Michigan game I ever went to was our 59-14 beatdown of Northwestern (back when they were the Mildcats) in 1991. My dad and I got scalped tickets high up on the visitors' side of the field, but were able to move down to the front row in the 4th quarter when the blowout was on.
We had just made it to the front when Tyrone broke off on the run that starts at 2:00 of the video. To nine-year-old me, it seemed like he was running right next to us, and I took off and started running after him.
Almost caught him, too, as I remember.
I used to love watching Tyrone Wheatley back in the day!
Size and speed. Pure Michigan.
