On his twitter he says he's 6'3 190 with a 4.55 40.
I can't tell if he's class of 2022 or 2021. On his HUDL it says Class of 2021 but on his twitter it says class of 2022.
I think he reclassified from 2021 to 2022. He's at a prep school currently

Saw Forbes play a few times for Clarkston in high school.
I like his game a lot. Played both in the slot and outside for the Wolves, I project he will be an inside receiver at the collegiate level.

Reminds me of Nate Shoenle - not a physically gifted specimen but seemed to catch everything thrown his way
Those are good guys to have on your team, especially as upper classmen. 4.55 isn't a blazing 40 but that can be improved and if he can get it under 4.5 as a 6'3" 200+ lb receiver, that's plenty of athleticism to be a difference maker.
