This is not directed right at you, but can we all stop with the "well-rested" narrative? They are 18-22 year old kids that are athletes of another level. If they had to play on Saturday, they would be just fine on Monday.
And, even if I bought into this premise, Michigan will be just as rested.

Do you ever watch baseball? Age is irrelevant. Starting pitchers who pitch a lot of innings usually get at least 4 days off between starts. They can usually go on 3 if needed, but generally do better when given 4. This has nothing to do with age--it's a reality of throwing a ball overhand at high velocities with break 100+ times. You just need to rest your arm after that before you can pitch effectively again, no matter what age you are.
