I think it's premature.
September 12th, 2009 at 8:47 PM ^
It is very early but he's not an NFL QB
September 12th, 2009 at 8:48 PM ^
He's here for four years unless he graduates early.
September 12th, 2009 at 8:48 PM ^
please shut up now
September 12th, 2009 at 8:48 PM ^
Even more important for us, will it get stronger? I don't see why someone wouldn't take a chance but like was posted, we'll see...
September 12th, 2009 at 8:48 PM ^
Are you kidding me? It's only been 2 games. Bring back this topic after 2 years.
September 12th, 2009 at 8:50 PM ^
it's too early to tell. I wonder what the average ht and wt is for NFL QBs?
September 12th, 2009 at 8:54 PM ^
Please wait until... I dunno maybe at least the end of the season?

Way to put the Cart in front of the Horse....
September 12th, 2009 at 9:02 PM ^
well Jeff Garcia was an NFL QB for a long time
September 12th, 2009 at 9:06 PM ^
He doesn't project well. He's a tad too small... like Drew Tate, I think he projects better in the CFL.
But yeah, way too early.
September 12th, 2009 at 9:11 PM ^
werent u telling us all about how ND would tear us apart.
38-34 bud
September 12th, 2009 at 9:14 PM ^
Uhh, what?
September 12th, 2009 at 9:09 PM ^
Drew Brees measured in at 5.11.5 at the NFL combine and he is a 4000 yd passer...
with Tates head, arm and skills he has a shot no doubt
September 12th, 2009 at 9:12 PM ^
At least me personally. I'm keeping my day job ;)
September 12th, 2009 at 9:13 PM ^
They said during the game Tate was working out with Drew Brees and Tate said he was taller than him. It's way to early, but I'm not sure he has the arm strength.
September 12th, 2009 at 9:19 PM ^
How will he project to the NFL Hall of Fame?
September 12th, 2009 at 9:21 PM ^
way too soon.. but here is to hoping he grows in his body and his body of work.
September 12th, 2009 at 9:56 PM ^
I don't want to think about him leaving for a long time. He's played 2 games and he's only a freshman. It's impossible to say how he will project and there's no point in guessing.
September 12th, 2009 at 9:56 PM ^
I am super pumped about the win as well, but how about we think about enjoying what Tate does at UM for 4 years, THEN worry about his in the NFL prowes?
He has played 2 HOME games, and while I AGREE that they were awesome, you are getting WAY ahead of yourself.
September 12th, 2009 at 10:04 PM ^
that we get Tate to believe there is no such thing as the NFL. The team will need him around all four years.
Yes premature, but still...
