I'm pretty sure all the refs and Sullinger were butt effing each other like a choo choo train after the game.

Nice sig... some of my friends mistakenly think your posts are from me as they know I have been reading this blog for years and it's a very rare name. In fact I have only meet 1 other person my entire life that spelled it the same way.

It is rare. My father and his father had the name, however - I am actually "the third" to have my particular family name. Outside of that, I've met two others, and both in Canada. Hehe.
This is an RCMB thread. We don't roll like that here.
I read that initially as "We don't troll like that here."
That was hilarious?
I like to make my comments into questions?
Your post wasn't funny.
Your comment wasn't necessary, at lest my post was just me letting out my frustration. It may have been a delayed reaction but I didn't have access to Internet until just recently.
If we're talking about comments that aren't necessary, I'll start with yours.
I just need to vent somehow.
Posting a bad thread probably isn't the best way.
Maybe not but still, it isn't that big of a deal,
Read BlueDragon's response.
The dude couldn't vent earlier so he's doing it now. Next time though OP all you would've had to do was search "officals" or go back a page on the board and you would have saw that there's a thread for this. If you post something like this the group will pounce on you for it, that appears to be what has happened. Good thing negs don't count for you my friend.
Sarcastic or not, it was just stupid.
Now if you'd made a punchline about Hightower saying he'd consider it a block then I might have lol'd.

Thats what I was hoping for
Hightower has been pissing off Michigan fans since the first time he called a Michigan game. If he could have found a way to piss off Michigan fans when he was a mere sperm cell, I'm sure he would have.
Nothing new here.
Thank you for keeping MGoBoard the classy message board that is representative of the University of Michigan.

<br>This was a sarcastic post and is meant to be taken seriously.
Boo this man. Boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
Ok maybe not that severe but yeah game had some bad calls, whatever, life goes on. At least we didn't get Rutgers-ed.
I don't think we'd pull a Sparty and burn couches, but I'm pretty sure that the Conseco Fieldhouse would be rubble in however long it takes to get from A2 to Indianapolis.
.....I live in SW Wayne County, about 20 minutes from Ann Arbor and just south of I-94. I imagine that, if I set out now, I can be in Indy in 4 hours or so. Can I bring the kids to the torching?
Well we didn't get Rutgers-ed. I think the torching would be finished if we did.
Fair enough. I only ask because mywifeis at work and any mayhem requires that the kids tag along, as they are only 4 and 3.
We want Shegos
"Shegos is the devil!". My favorite chant from my Yost days.
shitty Big Ten referees. He's been around since I can remember. I swear I remember him in the mid-80's doing games. He must have tutored under Jim Bain. I guess they must be like the Federal Government and can't fire incompetent employees. I really detest the way he points at players in an animated fashion who he's calling fouls on. It's really a testimonial to his own need to feel important. One of my dreams is that Jim Delaney cleans house in the Big Ten Basketball referee department and upgrades their standards a couple dozen notches. But, after seeing their new logo and division names, I've given up on that dream.

+1 for Jim Bain reference.
Hightower officiated his first Michigan game in December 1982, a mostly non-controversial win over Central Michigan.
As funny as a canker sore.
Yup, bad bad refs. In this day, refs clearly still do not know how to make calls for a player like Sullinger. "Well, he's 6'10 and wide as a train -- I guess I'll call a foul on every single person who touches him." It's absurd. The ref'ing was OKAY throughout, but they made the worst calls at very critical times in the game. This fact takes away any legitimacy to the rest of the game. Bad bad bad.

We can sit and bitch about officiating as much as we want, but the fact is despite some questionable calls when the game was close in the 2nd half, we let them go on a rampage without any answer and break the game away. This one can not be put on bad officiating at all, despite the fact that Ed Hightower was the recipient of a lot of words I wouldn't use in public.
