Classifying a player as a WR or TE impacts how much money they can earn after the rookie contract expires. At least, that used to be the case as far as the franchise tag was concerned.
It seems odd to me that a college athlete felt dizzy after sprinting 100 yards five times, unless I'm missing some details. The "period blood" comment struck me as far worse.
He's wearing an OSU shirt in the mugshots. Granted, it's probably extremely common for OSU shirts to be worn in mugshots, but it's a little more noteworthy in this case.
I think social media is generally as toxic as you make it for yourself.
For example, if you follow people like Sam Webb, Adam Schefter, or Steve Lorenz on Twitter, you may keep informed on a particular area of interest without seeing offensive content. Granted, that goes out the window if you read through comments on their posts, but you're aware of what you're getting into before deciding to open the comments.
If your uncle is a loud MAGA guy, while your cousin is an aggressively outspoken liberal, you can hide either or both of their posts from your newsfeed without unfriending them.
Unfortunately, you can't filter the stupid very effectively on replies to your own posts, but since you're a lurker rather than a poster, that shouldn't be an issue for you.
If you really don't want to see lies about how great people's lives are, obnoxiously vague statuses aimed at eliciting replies to stir petty drama, (poorly) doctored photos, or an abundance of shitty food pics, then social media may not be worth having. However, it's difficult to stay in the loop without it.
Personally, I like Twitter because it's more about news and less about socializing, at least as I use it.
Twitter probably isn't the best medium to out all of the skeletons in Urban's closet. The character limit is far too small to handle that volume of information. I doubt anyone has the patience to compose THAT many individual Tweets.
I feel appropriately bad for making a shitty thread and apologize for doing so.
Didn't realize it was shitty prior to reading the comments, which is concerning since the responses indicate that it's obviously shitty, yet I didn't notice. Feel free to list any criticisms, specific or general, and I'll work on my self-awareness.
