....I think they should hire Barwis to be one. He's seems to be a very genuine guy and good hearted. Michigan could still use a man like him in the locker room.
Legally, he has yet to be convicted of anything. He put in a plea of not guilty. The question that Hoke will have to answer is if the fact that he was arrested again under suspicion for DUI enough of a reason to punish him or do you wait to see if he's convicted. Because, what if he isn't convicted and found not guilty? Should he still be punished?

HAHA!!! Ed Orgeron told him to wait until he can get the kid out to LA, take him to Manahattan beach with the sand and girls, then take him to Beverly Hills and walk him down Rodeo Drive before going to a Dodger game and hanging with Shitzeneggar, Bush and Odoms and an entourage of hot girls in Hollywood.
....there was no coaching being done under Rich Rod. Woodson plainly said and I paraphrase, "you could see it during the games, there was no coaching."
...Stonum can't out run CBs or the Cops. Stonum has shown he is unable to learn from his mistakes. The kid most likely just pissed his college football career away with this last arrest. The good news is that Dantonio has already secured a spot for Stonum on MSU's squad.
"Kniffin also loaned cars to quarterback Terrelle Pryor, including his own for a three-day test drive to Pennsylvania, where Pryor lives.
Kniffin, 42, who is now selling cars in an undisclosed state, vividly recalled details of the cars sold. He disputed, however, the sales prices that were listed on state motor-vehicle records.
"The sales price is much more than that," he said. "You are so far away from what the transactions are all about."
Ohio law requires dealers to report accurate information about all car sales for tax purposes. Failure to submit accurate information is a first-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine."
Add Seattle as well in regards to light rail. Lost in all this conversation is the question of, "who really wants to take a train to Detroit?" The city is a cess pool and in serious decay on all fronts. This amount of money could be spent on much better things like giving it back to the residents of Detroit so they can locally fix the city by creating businesses, new jobs, etc etc.
Detroit must clean up it's act after decades of corruption under one party rule.
....."“I know my heart is there and I know it’s where God is calling me." So, if he changes his mind (which I would be my left working testicle that he wont..I lost my right one in a bowling accident for those who are asking) would that then be him admitting that GOD was wrong?
.....and honorable. I think he will have no problem defining what a a future Michigan Man is. I also hope Bolden looks opposing QB's in the eye and yells, "I am about to SACK YOUR ASS!" time and time again as a Wolverine.
BTW, all the jerks on there that ripped HOKE when he was named as coach better repent long and hard. Hoke and his staff might be the best damn thing that happened to this football team in a LONG time. The Passion of The Wolverine is back.
Facts to OSU fans are like kryptonite to Superman. Every day the University stands by Tressel, the more idiotic and corrupt it looks. OSU is officially becoming a joke of a school.
The catalyst to bringing down OSU will be the local media/state papers. If the journalists actually do their job, and point out just how incompetent tand corrupt he school is by standing by Treacherous Tressel, the sooner he will either be fired or step down.
But here's the thing. The school can't fire Tressel. That time has passed. What they will do is to force him to step down. Either way, OSU is like Nixon. The cover up is what will bring the school and the program down.
The biggest question is how the NCAA will handle this. Will they roll over and gently slap OSU or will they actually do what is necessary and serverly punish this dirty program to fullest extent the NCAA can? My bet is that the NCAA will find it's testicles and spine and hit OSU hard.
...Jenkins just didn't have a marijuana cigarette....he had a marijuana CIGAR. That boy sure does like his marijuana if he had it in a cigar form. I wonder if it was a Churchill or a Presidente? Or maybe he got creative and wraped it as a Torpedo?
....but again, let's see how he does in game situations. I hope he's as ice cold in nailing threes when he has defenders in his face and he has no time to set up. We'll all be stoked to have such a 3 pt threat.
UCLA is in Westwood. It's nestled between Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Culver City which is all known to be part of WEST LA which includes many more cities like Santa Monica, Brentwood etc.
Los Angeles is city but L.A. is really a HUGE area made up of smaller cities.
Westwood is not a college town. Ann Arbor is the U the M for the most part. UCLA just a campus.
But, the list of things to do in Los Angeles/Southern California runs circles around any other college campus.
If you want to go skiing, you can ~2 hours away.
If you want to go to the beach, you are ~20 mins away.
If you want to go to Disneyland, you are ~1 hour away.
You want desert weather and a place to really unwind, Palm Springs (if you are Gay you'll really love Palm Springs if you get sick of West Hollywood!:P
Point is, you will find hundreds of things to do and places to go.
The biggest thing you need to concern yourself is the program, the faculty, if you see yourself at the school and the surroundings.
That decision can only be made once you actually visit the school, as you said you are going to do, and venture around the surrounding city. I would not rely on the opinions of others on here at this juncture.
LA is an expensive place to live. Traffic can get bad, but if you know when to travel and side streets/alternative routes it can be manageable.
So, having a car is a given. Also get a bike, a good helmet and a few bike locks.
And while you have to rely on your own gut feeling, just remember that a very large number of people who went to Michigan who didn't grow up in L.A., move to L.A./Southern Cal. Also add the rest of the world seems to want to come to L.A. as the city is one big Melting Pot.
You can also rent the movie GOTCHA to see a little bit of UCLA.
More intelligent humor than the dumbed down stuff they are putting out today. Can sorta make the comparison that the 80's was Michigan humor. Then it got dumbed down to OSU humor during the 90's and into the 2000's

while it's nice that Braylon is DRUNK with happiness that he's happy about the regime change, the bottom line is how the team does under the new coaches. What the past players think and how they feel isn't going the help the team win.
I was glad to hear that Hoke, a guy that bleeds blue, was named coach unlike many of the aholes on here threw a hissy fit. I believe that Hoke will be successful at Michigan. He's brought in a good staff around him. He will recruit like there is no tomorrow. And hopefully he and his staff will bring in the talent it needs and coach them up to make the Wolverines respectable again and make OSU, MSU and every other team in the country fear them. All we now need is patience.
As for Braylon, he should spend his time doing PSA's about the dangers of driving under the influence.
Hopefully it works out for Binder as his directing/acting career has pretty much stalled. I am not sure how well that location will work out but best of luck to him and the investors.
...it is known that Dodger stadium has become a place where many gang members go. Many people now avoid going to Dodger games because the family atmosphere that once existed has turned to a gang atmosphere.
Is just the douchebag circlejerkers on here being the douchebag circlejerks. Haterz are just going to hate and many on here are just jealous POS. GBMW has more pertinent content on the team than anything on here. The only good thing about this board is Tom. That's it. Other than that, this board populate by a bunch of whiny high school girls who think their tampons don't stink. :)
It's a highly addictive medication. People who are legitimately Rx'd the drug become hooked on it.
Here's how it's abused..
OxyContin abusers either crush the tablet and ingest or snort it or they dilute it in water and inject it. Crushing or diluting the tablet disarms the timed-release action of the medication, but crushing OxyContin in this way can give the user a potentially fatal dose.
While I appreciate the flawed logic, this isn't about karma etc. It's about team play and UM looked flat and uninspired of what I watched. And if karma is due, where is it for the Chicago Cubs?
Who woulda thunk that Brady, who got passed over so many times, would have ended up with the Super Bowl Ring, NFL MVP and the girl? I smell a hollywood movie in the making!
If the offense can hit on a few more cylinders other than the DROB one cylinder it did last season and the D can firm up a bit, Balas is right in his assertion that U of M will be a difficult team to beat. The biggest thing is the D, though. It has to find a pulse.
