Woah did not expect to see a Swartz Creek Dragons post on MGoBlog this... ever.

There are certainly things that highlight a toxic MSU / EL football culture. This is not one of them. Move along, dude.

08/15/2018 - 12:24pm Yesssssssssssssss

Onwenu is up to 350??? That can't be good...

07/27/2018 - 11:39am Washington @ Auburn will be…

Washington @ Auburn will be a "bigger" matchup in terms of pre-season team rankings, but it won't draw nearly as many eyeballs at Michigan @ ND. It's also a night game. Seems like the obvious choice for Gameday in terms of ratings.

06/14/2018 - 9:57am Yes, and probably, but it…

Yes, and probably, but it behooves us for now to maintain the alliances.

04/27/2018 - 3:45pm If you haven't seen it yet, but want to...

Go see it immediately. ASAP.

The ending was epic and will soon be spoiled for you. It will be captured by the zeitgeist before long, moreso than any prior Marvel movie.

04/12/2018 - 4:53pm Seconded

YouTube TV is great.

02/09/2018 - 11:31am It is baffling

And it flies in the face of what I think a lot of people expected about Harbaugh when he was hired. I think most people assumed he'd be the kind of head coach who would cut ties with underperforming assistants. At least I did.

I'm very confused about what's going on with our offensive coaching staff. Given Frey's exit, the Enos saga, and Pep and Drevno remaining, it all feels like mismanagement. It's just not what I expected from Harbaugh.

Hopefully perforance improves this year and I'm proven wrong. I just don't see how it will.

01/02/2018 - 11:21am if this is true

If you're truly tired of talking about this, and you really mean it, maybe you should consider shutting down this blog. This clearly used to be a passion for you, and it's increasingly clear that it no longer is. You're a talented, smart guy who could easily find work doing something you love that fulfills you. Why waste your life putting out words about something that no longer makes you happy? Reading this feels like it's a chore for you.

My girlfriend and I went with a Leesa. Personally, I find it a little too firm, but she loves it. Definitely beats any spring mattress I've owned.

I like it. Thanks for the update.

10/18/2017 - 1:18pm What's the counter to this?

Assuming that PSU prepares for this, what do we throw at them for overreacting?

09/14/2017 - 3:18pm Excellent

Love these articles. Thanks for putting in the work.

09/07/2017 - 11:27am I use NordVPN

I think I pay about $6/mo for 12 months. There are tons of others out there, but that's the one that I like. It's very, very easy to use. That should enable you to get past any IP blockers.

I assume you have Comcast or DirecTV as a content provider, so you should be able to stream the game like you normally would in the states, by directing your traffic through the VPN.

09/06/2017 - 5:03pm Love YouTube TV

Just signed up for this service at the start of CFB season. However, it should be noted that the streaming quality is poor. Can't quantify it, but for me it is noticeably worse than DirecTV or Comcast.

Still, it's worth it for me to not have to give Comcast my money.

09/06/2017 - 9:18am Impressive

Most impressive.

08/29/2017 - 10:49am Great write up

08/28/2017 - 11:44am Unfortunately no

Beer and beer only. My ultimate frisbee league would go there after games this past summer, and I remember that being an unfortunate yet common complaint.

08/28/2017 - 10:19am Brew Detroit

If we're throwing out suggestions, I'll put one in for Brew Detroit. It's usually pretty slow and could easily accomodate a big crowd, with plenty of TVs around. Also, that's where they brew the delicious Stroh's Bohemian which is entirely local to the D (and a handful of other craft beers).

They don't serve food but they do let you bring your own in, and Mudgies is just down the road.

Edit: Bohemian*

08/25/2017 - 9:32am Not only that

Indiana was also a pretty good defense last year. I believe they finished the year ranked 31st Nationally in defensive S&P+ and 7th in the B1G. Not exactly the ideal team to get your first ever start against.

Edit: 7th in the B1G

08/24/2017 - 2:59pm Boone and Boose??

No way that gets confusing for the poor announcers / PA guys working Cincinnati games this year.

08/16/2017 - 2:25pm Hey, they got your click thru

Just sayin'. I upvoted your comment FWIW.

08/01/2017 - 2:13pm Great read.

05/23/2017 - 9:12am I enjoyed my 2013 Focus hatchback.

Apparently some folks in Detroit liked it so much they took the wheels off of it. Twice.

Probably explains why I was paying close to $400/mo to insure it there...

02/10/2017 - 6:52pm Nice work, Alex

I'm a passive basketball fan at best these days, but this was a really well written piece that gave me an extra appreciation of the job Walton has done over the past several games.

12/16/2016 - 11:30am I understand that

By next step, I meant within the context of the franchise.

12/16/2016 - 10:22am Also saw it last night

Thought it started off a little slow, but it really picked up about halfway through, and the last act on the imperial base was incredibly well done.

Will probably see it another time or two while it's still in the theaters. Great next step for the franchise.

10/28/2016 - 1:41pm Outstanding article

Great stuff, Adam.

09/27/2016 - 1:16pm Really enjoying this column

If you're interested, here's some my stuff.

09/08/2016 - 1:41pm Spread-to-pass, or Spread-to-run?

I assume this is a Spread-to-run offense, given your analysis and Frost's work as Oregon's OC. Is that right?

Moving forward, it might be helpful to include that distinction for spread teams when you're doing these write-ups (which are great, by the way).

09/07/2016 - 2:59pm Love these

05/13/2016 - 11:13am Try Castle

Check out Castle. They're an online property management company based here in Detroit. It's a pretty cool business model with a flat fee that handles everything for you, from finding tenants to maintaining the property.

The founders (Max, Tim, and Scott) are some of my best friends and I can vouch for them personally.
