Should hopefully support what's going on in the Walker-only thread.
EDIT: The Harbaugh hoops clip is priceless. Taking time to play hoops with a kid with special needs. That kid has a "cool story bro" story for a lifetime.

has a "cool story bro" story of a lifetime. Being around people with special needs gives you a great feeling, we think they have it bad, but if you look at them they are happy..

I know nothing about the Twittarz, but is it meaningful that Walker's handle (nickname? alias?) looks like
AlⓂ️ightyReem
Is that very telling?

Winter classes start in five weeks. Let's get it done.

Guys, I don't think that's Jim Harbaugh. Different pants.

As competitive as Harbaugh is, I half expected him to blow by that kid and throw down a tomahawk dunk. Glad he dialed it back in this instance.

He needs to get that kid to work on his pad level.
This clip should be required viewing for moms and dads of all recruits.

I hope that's not what happened after the clip ended. (Pretty sure it did happen.)

He may not have thrown down a dunk but he was still dribbling behind the back to keep the ball away. Priceless.

I am part of the down syndrome community and was happy to see the tweet of our coach playing one on one with this fine young gentleman who appears to have DS. Part of me was hoping the media would interview the kid and find out his story for a fluff piece on his experience with JH. But JH did it just because he was there and it was natural, probably better than some staged media thing.

he is staying at U-M and not going to Maryland or any other school this year.
December 1st, 2015 at 2:01 PM ^
If he was leaving, you honestly think he would still be recruiting for Michigan?

now an OSU coach however...

I thought it was pretty awesome, this scene....

That video made my day. I love our coach so much. I also love that he wasn't letting the kid win; I'm sure the kid has a sense of it when people patronize him, and it probably meant a lot to him that Harbaugh was treating him like any other kid.

i kind of expected harbaugh to dunk on that kid.
