So...the Orange Bowl, huh?

So Michigan ain't making the playoff.  How do we feel about playing Florida State in the Orange Bowl?  Or Clemson on the off chance they lose to Va. Tech?

10-2 isnt good enough when you have nothing to go with it. No big ten title no win against a freshman laiden osu team. This year is an utter disappointment. Harbaugh makes 9 million a year to beat osu and win national titles. 10-2 is just more of lloyd. Im sick of being osu's bitch and thats what we are now.

Exactly. Everyone here was predicting 9-3 as the floor and 11-1 ceiling with a lot calling 10-2, myself included. Some said undefeated. Were we better than last year? Yes. There are a lot of people here who have real bad memories and forgot that we just came from the wilderness 2 seasons ago. 5-7 people....5-7. You want 5-7 and no bowl game? Go be MSU fans. We're in a NY6 bowl.

For all but two of the last 8 seasons we'd have taken any bowl game. I didn't sit through all those shitty, shitty seasons to come out an entitled asshat on the other side.

Fucking thank you for this post. People here have shit for memories and have quickly forgotten we were a shitty 5-7 team just 2 seasons ago. What happened has happened and we can't change it. I was just as pissed (still am) about Iowa and OSU but what can we do at this point? People have two choices.....keep living in a loop of woulda/coulda/shoulda and be all bent about things they can't control or move on and get behind a team that improved from last year that will be in a NY6 bowl. Geez. I bet some people here are great at parties. Some of you need to realize that life is so much more fun when you stop fretting over what can't be changed or is completely out of your control.

Do we really think that would be that bad if Clemson loses? Va tech isn't that bad of a time and if think there'd be bigger than a 50/50 shot Mich would be in then

I am not impressed with Clemson, but they will step up against Va Tech.  And when they don't have their head in their ass, they are hard to beat.  They will take care of business and beat VA Tech soundly.

is still chance with a Clemson lose. If the committee goes by putting the best 4 teams in the plplayoffs. In my opinion Michigan is better than Penn State and Wisconsin but that's like my opinion man.

I don't care. This football season has been a failure. Unless VT beats Clemson, I'm going to see 3 teams in the playoffs that I fully believe would be beaten by Michigan more times than not.

This is the best team we've had in a long time and we finish 3rd in the devision. It's tough to swallow. Just didn't get a SINGLE break all season.

of playing Florida State. Two solid programs going at it, and we'll have the opportunity to get another good win against a Florida school to end the season. The win against Florida really put a positive note on the end of last season. A win against Florida State could do a similar thing for this season.
