I went there for the tie in 1992. Haven't been back there for the game since. No desire. Nothing was personally directed at my wife or me but it just is not a hospitable environment. Notre Dame was the complete opposite.

Went twice when I was in band in '96 and '98. Couldn't pay me to go back. Starting from the outskirts of town we got the bird from 3 year olds up to grannys. I got spit on, cursed at in my face, and in the stadium had buckeyes thrown at my head. One band member was punched and another had a drink poured on them on our march to and from the stadium. This was with additional police escorts and a super condensed parade block. They are monsters there and it's just not worth the threat of physical violence to go. I also went to MSU and Notre Dame, among other places, and nothing even remotely comes close to the horrific behavior of people in Columbus.
