Honestly, this Program
Is moving in the right direction, no doubt. Tonight may be the toughest loss I've experienced as UM fan. However, despite the penalties and goof at the end, we're going to be okay. Next year we'll beat them in Lansing and tonight will be a distant memory just like every other horrific thing that has happened to us in the past. My suggestion, and what I'm going to do, take a break for a week or so, deal with the annoying Spartys for the week, and find your happy place, afterall, it's just a game, and in the end, we're gonna be just fine. Maybe this site itself should just take a break for a few days, it seems like the best at this time. Our time is coming.

You honestly believe after that horribly epic ending that all will be forgotten by next season.  Maybe you've had a little to much to drink!  My prediction is that every time Michigan is mentioned on television or on social media that there will be a referrence to this game subplanted in the conversation for at least the rest of this season if not most of next.

Do they make a drink consisting of Jack, Heroin, Cocaine, Meth, and Ketamine? Because if they do then fire that son of a bitch up and throw it at my face.

Captain Lawrence Grapefruit IPA.

That was a shitty way to lose, but most of us predicted early on that we would lose this game. We were winning it, and expected to win, which is a big improvement over where we were.

Started with spiced apple cider with rum and have switched to some Tennessee beer, will likely switch to straight rum soon. I don't want to remember, ever.

I can confirm that there is drinking involved where I am, yes.

For a few minutes after that end, I had the same thought many here probably had and wondered what might be good to go on the shelves in the laundry room - the color-safe bleach seemed like a good possibility. My digestive system would look ostensibly normal if it could maintain its color.

Then I held back - Guinness is helping right now.....right now....

We must find comfort in the bitter tang of words such as "Wait 'till next year!" We must remind ourselves that it took a herculean effort by a top-10 team and a brief intervention by the gods to beat us.

We must also remember what a friend told me when I got divorced: "Whisky helps."

Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. Sometimes it rains.

Heres my take:

This f****** blows.  It sucks.  On the scale of suckery this is an 11 out of 10.  Then I read Harbaugh's quote from his postgame, "We played winning football and didn't get the result. Welcome to football.  Now we move forward."  Under the circumstances, its the best thing we can do right now.  Tonight, we get drunk, real drunk, and tomorrow we wake up with "clear" heads and realize that as bad as things feel right now we are better than this time last year and next year will be better than this year.

If I'm a betting man, which I am, I put whatever amount of money I can @ Mighigan State next year because we are going to head to East Lansing next year and absolutely hammer them.  Book it.  #InHarbaughWeTrust

Jim Beam Maple - purchased as my td shot in honor of harbaugh and his love of cracker barrel which makes me think of maple syrup and pancakes.

I've seen positve tweets towards Blake to lift him him up, let's all focus on that.  Kid feels bad enough without assholes piling on I'm sure.  Team game, team loss.

I got home, threw shit on the floor, terrified the dog, then grabbed a fifth without saying aything to my housemates and locked myself in my room. It's been me and Beefeater in bed alone for the last several hours.

That's mature, right?

EDIT: Hi, TWIS researcher! I'm excited to feature!
