The fees aren't that unreasonable given the convenience, safety and reliability that Stubhub affords. I have bought and sold on it for years, and I am one who for many years bought from on site scalpers.

Last week would have been the most ideal time to buy tickets. I have to imagine people are more excited about the Iowa game after yesterday than they were last week. Also, it’s homecoming, so demand may be a bit higher.

Weather (and predicted weather) is always a big factor but demand otherwise should be MUCH higher for Iowa. Tickets could be had for 12-15 per for Rutgers. Guessing this may be more like 60-75 each for a pair, though I haven't looked yet.

They might normally be except for the Homecoming part. Those games are always more expensive than they would be normally.

They'll probably bring lots more fans than Ruttger too. I just hope we don't get a couple redneck Hawkeye fans again like two that sat in our section a few years ago. OTOH, when we went there a few years ago, their fans were fine. Of course that was when they were expecting to lose and instead, Michigan crapped their pants and gave them a win.

Prices will likely drop on stubhub as the days get closer. I've been burned by purchasing outside or Crisler in the parking lots beforehand. While the fees are a little ridiculous, Michigan at least can verify it is a valid ticket. Certainly much better than being told at will call it's a fake or not valid ticket and you can't get into the game and have lost your money.
I should say I've done it before and it's worked fine, but I got burned once and will never buy from someone outside of a venue again.

We are going with a group of 5 or so. I always wait until Friday night on stub hub. I have gotten outstanding seats for cheap many times. There were even a couple times that I waited until Saturday morning.
However, buying tickets on stubhub while tailgating is a crap shoot given the terrible cell service. Don’t do that.
