One assistant is banned for ten years, another for two years, loss of a scholarship for the incoming recruiting class, and self-imposed 2020-21 and 2021-22 post-season ban

So there are employees at the NCAA who were paid for five years to do this?

This is a good result for the direction of the NCAA and it's partner universities.  It proves that programs are not 'cheating' because they fear the repercussions.

Two of Miller's assistants were directly involved in this. That is way more serious than what got Fisher fired by UM in 1997. Zona fired him because his last few teams underachieved.

I'm still ticked how Fisher got fired by Goss when the NCAA later didn't issue a show cause for him but only admonished him for letting Martin around the program (even though that wasn't illegal in itself by NCAA rules). They found no proof Fisher even knew about Martin's numbers racket and cash funneling. No UM assistants were involved - and we got "treated" to three years of Ellerbe HORROR.

The NCAA has become toothless because it has lost some big time cases in court, including NIL. Miller clearly needed some kind of suspension (and losing the cash from his salary). But - the tunnel and what about Juwan?
