That whole last drive I was sitting there trying to think of how we could lose and that never popped into my head. I feel dead inside, I don't know how im going to get over this

Joe Pisarcik and Larry Csonka blow a hand off. And Herman Edwards scores a touchdown. The difference is both those teams were headed for 3-11 seasons. And I was 8 years old. Feels the same.

At this point, and maybe it will change, but I just won't be able to get up for end of season. 9-3? 8-4? Great. Good. Progress. Doesn't matter won't change what happened today.

If it's one thing I've learened from the past 8 years of personal suffering and personal anguish of losing to state it's this:

LETS MOVE ON

The season i half over and we can still recover.  We need to keep playing our game and push We played four quarters against a good MSU football team and we should've won.  Next year they'll lose what I would sconsider their core in Connor Cook, Burbridge, Shiliqe and Jack Allen.  They'll also lose Kings, Lawrence Thomas, Knox, Darien Harris.  The only threats that they'll retain are Conklin (maybe) Kieler, LJ Scott Shelton, Bullogh McDowell, Nicholson... and thats it.  solid D but I like our chances against the next year.

I had a knot in my stomach the entire game. Michigan led at one point 23-14, and I just knew in y soul that would never hold. Iowa has AIRBHG. So what does Michigan have?

Over the past seven years, we haven't generally played top 10 teams close enough to lose in absurd ways, so this is a pretty new thing. We have a universe that is indifferent to our success or failure and a punting slot machine that came up death. That's what we have. Like Ace, I've never seen anything like that before and I hope to never see anything like that ever again.

Said it was the most depressing loss he's experienced watching 70+ years of Michigan Football.

Last time I felt this way was after they tripped Dez in 1990. We were ranked #1 in the nation at the time.
