Thank God we a good from the FT line, because that wasn't otherwise a very pretty win over a Minny team that really sucks.

The good news, though?  Two up in the loss column over you-know-who!

Is it just me, or do we seem better without Levert? I felt like watching him play alongside Irvin, they did not seem to click at all, hope I am wrong. Caris just didn't seem too into on the sideline anytime they scanned to him (I guess he wants to play, but we're still winning and he should be happy)

Don't get me wrong, I want him back, you can't replace his talent, experience, and IQ. I just hope we can keep the rhythm if/when he does enter the lineup. I just remember watching games earlier where the chemistry didn't seem to fit. It could just be the team as a whole is getting familiar with each other. Good win tonight thought, didn't shoot it as well as usual and still controlled the whole game. Get ready for Nebraska on Saturday!

No way. We played great with LeVert against Texas, early B1G games etc. Beilein teams always seem to struggle at the start of the year and for the past two years LeVert has only been healthy in the beginning of the year. Thus, a lot of fans think "the team is better without him" even though when he plays he leads the team in every statistical category (including assists). If he even just took all of MAAR's touches/time the team would probably score 10 or so more points per game*

WHO'S GOT BIG BALLS

with MAAR.

Game was vomit inducing, but MAAR at the line late, uh, shut the fuck up, Bardo.

Kid has major stones.

once again, the fucking hobbit can't stop himself from talking about bad calls instead of putting it on him and his team.

How the country doesn't notice that he's as classless as it gets, it's crazy.

Amazingly, other coaches lose games and don't say a fucking word about the refs. Every time, it's part of his story. Fuck him.

If you're going to pick a night to shoot like shit, tonight's the night.  Make our average on threes (and there were tons of open looks) and this is a 20 point game, the fouling never happens, and we all feel better.  Hell, if just Robinson shoots his average, it's a mildly annoying game where we let a bad team cover the KenPom spread.

that game made me cry at least a little inside. I was worried the shooting legs would be a little off as this was our first quick turnaround game in a while and the Iowa game was the kind of end to end, played at a very high speed kind of tilt that can leave the legs rubbery for a few days following.

We were very, very bad tonight in the second half and the last minutes of the first.

Right opponent for that kind of fiasco, for sure.

Still, credit to them - if that game is at The Barn, I am far from sure we manage to survive the ugliness.

Hope Derrick is alright - he's really stepped up the last few.
