All your number 15 defensez are belong to us.

EDIT: So in looking back at Junior Hemingway's recruiting profile from Scout, they list his weaknesses as speed and elusiveness after the catch..they might have missed on that one a little.

Also, he looked weird without hair.

Watching the offensive snaps, I'm struck by how many mistakes we made, particularly in the passing game.

The biggest thing that jumped out was how Denard and Tate both can make better decisions on 3rd down -- whether that entails taking off and scrambling (Denard) or hitting the easy receiver for a sure first down (both QBs).

That first play was executed beautifully. Respect to Magee for dailing that one up. Anybody who thinks this is gimmicky (God I hate that word) is an asshole that knows nothing about football. Love these vids BTW.

Even though he is going to make mistakes and learning on the job, i think there were some moments in this game where Denard showed some development in the passing game. On the second touchdown to Roundtree (2:21 in the video) it is great to see how Denard looks off Roundtree twice and pulls the safety down on Stonum before making the pass. Hope to see this happening more and more in the future.

look at 2:09.  If he throws to shaw that's a TD.  ARG!

Edit: Who is #97 on Illinois?  He just got "BAM, YOU FALL BACK"ed by all 5'6 of Smith at around 7:40.  That, my friends, is how "BoyInDaPahokee" play.

not recognizing the Rhinoceros Balls of Tate Forcier during this game.  I love the kid

Pick was poor, but there are so many great passes.  Gallon-penalty-Hemingway-drop sequence took away from an outstanding performance.  And shake-and-bake!  This kid can run and he makes people miss constantly.  If he would work himself physically in the offseason, be strong enough to run consistently - this O requires a running quarterback who can take hits -, he can add a whole new dimension to his game.  I continue to believe this one is special, too
