Nobody awake tonight, or has the football high obscured the basketball team?

I thought the line for this game was odd. So either Vegas thinks Virginia isn’t that good or Michigan is better than their not ranked status.

As always, whether Michigan has a chance depends entirely on their ability to hit their 3s. They fell behind early when they were missing everything and then were able to come back when a couple threes went down. If only Kobe could become a consistent shooter to shoot alongside Jett.

We're going to have to shoot well. Virginia seems to get to the rim at will although they have missed a couple bunnies. Their play seems more sustainable.

All I ask of this team is to play good defense and actually play offensive like a cohesive unit. It’s going to be tough sledding until we get that shit figured out.

I've been impressed by the defense by Michigan; UVa is hitting some tough shots.  If Michigan can keep hitting shots they'll keep close.

Also, really cool to see the teams support the UVa family after that shooting.

If Howard wouldn’t play his starters for 9 straight minutes we wouldn’t have a whole team of subs in there at the same time. We had a cushion that is dwindling.

Jett and Dickinson just can’t be on the bench at the same time. Dug can’t run the offense because he isn’t good, reed is too raw to do much other than screen and put backs and baker can’t creat anything so it’s really just pray bufkin is on

Big momentum shift after the Dug turnover. Someone needs to tell him that dribbling through a double team might work in high school but is a sure TO in the college game. Time to bring the starters back in.

That's a good timeout. They had 2 empty trips on the offensive end, and gave up 2 dunks on the defensive end. Maybe balance the rotation so that one of the leaders is always on the floor (Hunter, Jett, Llewellyn).
