I realize this is a nitpick, but it's important: Something did not "happen with Clark". Clark did something. Domestic violence is not a passive event. Using the passive voice when talking about Frank Clark sheds his responsibility for beating his girlfriend (something for which he is totally responsible).
It's not a shame what happened, it's a shame what he did.

before the domestic violence. He would've been a 6th/7th round pick if he redeemed himself at the combine interview in which he bombed. As of now, he's likely a UDFA.

Sorry for a brief thread hijack...but the other thread was deleted and this isn't important enough to have it's own. But anyone know the story on Hayes?
Can anyone shed some light on why Hayes chose USC? Is he a firm committment?
Is he not even from Ann Arbor or something and only just recently moved?
Just seems weird that we'd have no shot at a kick from our city. Same with MSU, OSU and ND.
Again, sorry to thread hijack, this thread just seemed to have the most activity, so I figure it could be answered quickly.

I believe someone said in a previous recruiting thread, that he doesn't want to stay in the midwest.

Per 247 he visited USC last weekend.
Arctic weather...SoCal (yes, am familiar with USC's crappy campus location).
Can't blame him.

thread jack:
trae waynes (msu cb) just ran a 4.32, the fastest at the combine. their RB was also pretty damn fast yesterday...are these guys juicing or what? no way they were that athletic coming out of HS...something is fishy

I thought a wide receiver ran in the 4.2s? At least thats what it said last night on the bottom ticker on NFL Network.
February 23rd, 2015 at 1:54 PM ^
sorry, meant fastest CB

Actually ran a 4.31, that's insane. As far as juicing? I don't know, but Waynes reportedly ran 4.3 flat in order to earn an offer from MSU, he was only a two star recruit...now he's a top 15 pick, damn. And MSU fans have been talking about Langford's speed for years saying he was one of thye fastest guys on the team.

19 reps at 225 as well...jake ryan did 20 and weighs 60 more lbs than waynes; just seems unnatural.

38" vertical too for Waynes, Fuchess had a 38.5" vertical.
Kid made some money today. You know, Ryan had a nnice day yesterday and he was only a 3 star, same with Frank Clark. Not sure how the services miss on a kid like Waynes if he is that much of an athletic freak, I mean those are some of the best combine numbers by a DB you will see. I think they said Waynes had a knee injury in high school that hurt his ranking.
Not sure about PEDS and MSU, sure seems like they have some great athletes that come out of nowhere. Bell, Dennard, and Waynes all 2 star kids who somehow became 5 star kids in college.

crazy. based on his rivals page, he gained 8 inches on his vertical and .13 on the fake 40 time.

Yep, either those guys are on the juice or MSU is in for a decline. They had a nice group of players this year.
