Lamarr Woodley in Wiz Khalifa's "Black and Yellow"
so I FINALLY got around to watching Wiz Khalifa's "Black and Yellow" video he made as a Pittsburgh native and Steelers fan. Guess who's mean muggin at 1:44
(note: If you're above the age of 35, don't bother watching IF all you're going to do is hate on rap as the downfall of civilization. Stay off OUR lawns for a change.
Cool hip-hopping old folks may stay.)

In that case, sorry I didn't know. Just thought it would be a cool shout out.

Thanks for FINALLY bringing this to everyone's attention. This probably went unnoticed by anyone who cared for the last 4 months.

Im noticing you're feeling a little butthurt

Not to mention Wiz Khalifa looks like the long lost brother of Manny Harris.

I did not know how gangly Wiz was. How am I supposed to respect this guy's street cred. I don't think he could take me let alone drug dealers and gang bangers in the streets of Pittsburgh.
Very catch song, but as others have said, I hate Pittsburgh sports teams.

Ya know, I just realized he really doesn't talk about Pittsburgh at all in this song. It's all about him.

it's really catchy, but I hate pittsburgh sports. Mostly because I hate the penguins, I don't really care about the pirates or steelers

Green and Yellow by Lil Wayne for the Packers is better with much better flow as well. Check it out.

Agree to disagree
I like Khalifa's better. And no, I don't think Wayne is Rap Jesus like everyone will rush to have you believe. His niche is metaphors. Which is good for a while....but it falls off
Now Drake, on the other hand, hes coming up.

...Your knowledge of rap is knowledgeable Justin Beiber..

Drake is now officially up, J. Cole is next.

As much as I dislike the Pittsburg sports, it is awesome all the sports use the same colors. I would love to make that a thing for other cities too. It would probably be way too hard to pull it off now, but cheering for the same colors regardless of sport would make everything much more unified.

Note: OP. how about you go back and study the history of rap and hip hop youngster...contrary to your obvious belief...your generation did not create it!

I miss Third Bass.

Baically anybody over 35 (I am 35) seems to think that hip-hop is a valueless musical commodity that esssentially fills the same role of crack in our community. It astounds me the number of individuals who ascribe to the theory that hip-hop represents the pinnacle of musical worthlessness.

was saying that, as I am sure many people are prone to do, they simply hate on hip hop because it sounds street and doesn't profess the timeless family values of Franki Valli.
