I was thinking the exact same thing. Ying and yang. He will help that staff. He gets to focus on D and recruit. Will help ND I think.

Gee don't get on the guy too bad. I still like Brady Hoke and he's not sitting around starring at the walls. He found a job..

For those of us old enough to remember, Greg Mattison also left Michigan for Notre Dame - in fact he left without being shown the door. So cut Brady some slack here, he wants to work and Notre Dame is a great workplace.

Good for him. I liked Brady and still do, and this is a great opportunity for him. If they were still on the schedule I'd be a bit squeamish, but seeing as how we won't play them in the forseeable future I can just wish him the best.

If its true, I certainly wish him luck. I'm sure he wants to get back in the game. He's got a great head on his shoulders and is an excellent recruiter. I'm sure Kelly would put him in a position to succeed.
