Any news about possible extension for season football ticket payment?
Obviously not the main focus of daily life right now but they mailed out the postcards not too long ago with payment due in April. Can’t find my card so I’m not sure of the exact date. I’m assuming the ticket office is closed for the foreseeable future (no one answered and no recorded message today). With the economic uncertainty of paying for tickets right now along with the question of when the season might start has anyone seen any information about possible extensions for season ticket payment?

XM - Since I'm spending more time lately on the blog, I wanted to take the opportunity to say "Thanks" for all of your contributions. This may sound a little weird, but I'm a big fan. Stay healthy!
you slay me. missing your '/s'.
will take your 'stay healthy' as serious though, and give that right back to you.

They’ve already extended it to May! This email went out last week!

By no means giving advice. I'd bet unless there is a major turnaround with outbreak and treatment the May 8 deadline may move even further...my gut tells me the season will be affected and talk of elimination of OOC games and bye weeks will reduce it to just league matchups . This will affect ticket sales if that becomes a reality.

While we’re hopefully going to have some return to normalcy in a couple months, I’m not sure how summer practice starts in four months or how you get 100,000 plus people right next to each other in five months. It would be great if they can just reopen the school.
Makes perfect sense.

I would say don’t do it because fall is when the second wave could come and you may not get a refund if some games get cancelled.

Also the opposite can happen but I’ll just take the easy route. Renew, and hope and pray for the best. Nobody has a crystal clear ball to look into.
You absolutely would get a refund if games are not played. It said so in the email we received.
"Should a home football game(s) be canceled, we will implement a refund policy, as we recently did with our spring sports that were subject to event cancellations."
Any spring sport event that was not played was refunded.
Ok, well that’s helpful then. Thanks for the info.

Save your money. There won't be any football this year.

Vlad,.. Please keep your Ruskee disinformation to yourself. If we all stay inside and practice social distancing, we’ll have football in Sept. Gotta believe!

Don Brown's defenses have been practicing social distancing the last three Novembers.
They've gotten pretty good at it.
Heyoooo! Zing!!!!!

Wanna bet?
Thing is in the grand scheme of things football isn’t one of them with the threat to all of Americans at this time. However, hope and good will is all I have for everyone so I’ll live the best way I can and just hope you’re wrong. No bet. Stay healthy Mgobloggers, and GO BLUE!!!
I plan on sitting in my yard with a nice drink enjoying the Fall weather. I guess there is hope for a lockdown Don Brown cure.

Someone praising XM today. I’ll say the same to you, Premier. Your humor (or truth) is appreciated at times like this.

I downvoted your Don Brown crack anyway, you bastard.
