Another Meechie story, this time on ESPN’s Gameday
FOX did a spot for him earlier in the season and now ESPN has as well. Nothing but prayers and positive energy for this kid.

seems like a great kid.
Its great that this media focus (in no small part started by the Michigan football program by reaching out) caused his gofundme to pop...this is giving him an opportunity to try more experimental therapies that might give him a chance.

My whole face hurts from trying to hold back these tears, whew...just need to let em go.
Such a touching story. Win for Meechie.

This kid has maize and blue running through his veins and never got the chance to suit up and run out on the field. Sucks. Prayers for Meechie!

I missed this when it aired. Just saw it tonight because Rex Chapman just shared it on his Twitter feed. Hoping the additional exposure helps him and others fighting the fight. I hope to God that there is a therapy that can work to save his life.
