Love one of Gardner's last photo's doing the Heisman while running, obivoulsy not intentional.  But that one picutres sums up what could have been for this 5-star recruit had he not been through 3 offenses, two head coaching changes, and two position changes....Despite all the distractions and losing, I am was glad to see such a classy great man lead this Michigan team.

Here's to you Gardner for sticking it out despite all the "fans" heckling this year, took advanatage of the education you were offered and now I hope you have a great/long/succesful career in whatever you do!

It is quite saddening to think what could have been if Gardner didn't have to deal with all the schematic changes, poor OL play, etc.

Hopefully NFL teams at least show interest, presumably as a receiver, based on his size and athleticism. It would be nice to see Devin picked up as a late round draft choice or, more likely, sign on somewhere as an UFA. He's got the necessary physical attributes, so if he gets a chance and works his tail off, I think Gardner could very well find his niche as a pro.
