I want a Football manager version not a Crusader Kings II version. But still with cheating and poisoning the other team HC and the occasional human sacrifice to satan . Also maybe the marring-within-the-family option. You know, for better recruits.

The latest version of NCAA that I played was 2009 (?) So I'm not sure if this is already a function, but it would be sweet if you could design a fan who likes like you (i.e. take a selfish and put that fan in the stands).
And on that note, maybe also have the option to sell alcohol in the stands and maybe promote tailgating to help with home field advantage (i.e. have a crowd drunkenness level in the game settings). But the downside is that if fans get too out of control you could have people get kicked out of the stands and it lowers your campus appeal or something.
