OT UConn's third string qb trick-shot video
Thought that this was a pretty cool little video made by John McEntee, a qb for UConn. I'm not sure how this translates to game type situations but he is a pretty damn accurate quarterback. (I was the most impressed by the throws he made while sitting down in the basketball stadium)

That's ridiculous. I don't have any talents near as awesome as that.
In other news, a 42 year old nerd spent 4 years planning and 2 years building a lego replica of the horseshoe.

It's true that I'm physically incapable of making some of those throws at my advanced age (as evidenced by my avatar), and it's fair to say I could never have made some of them even in the prime of life (like the ones he made while seated), but ...
How many attempts did he need to hit those targets? No information on that ...

Don't care. I don't care if it took him 500 tries - that was awesome. Let's have this guy transfer to be our 3rd-4th-5th stringer just so we can say he's ours.

Even if there were many takes, the fact that in some cuts he makes more than one shot in a row without the video cutting out is impressive. Like the halfcourt backwards bank shot followed by a toss into the other basket. I'm impressed regardless.

those are awesome! I wonder how many tries it took to complete some of them.

That was totally worth watching. He was charming my socks off but the dance he did at 4 minutes in really cooled my jets.
God, kid, stick to football.

I just threw my apple core about 6 feet into the trash can. Hit both rims, but made it. Now I just need a film crew, a sexy dance and some catchy music...

I would not define his dance as being "sexy". Awkward for sure.

Compared to what I can do, that was a sexy dance...

Please put up a video so we can do a proper assessment. We'll see how many stars you'll get...

Awesome. He needs to team up with the Coner when he graduates. They will school fools throughout the nation and leave them twisted with chalk around their neck.

Kennedy better get to work.

I just threw my coffee at my professor for making fun of my Michigan hat. I'm on here because obviously I got kicked out.

Throwing coffee at your professor might not have been the smartest thing to do.
In fact, that might be on the top 10 things NOT to do while in college.
February 9th, 2011 at 4:16 PM ^
I don't know... I'm pretty sure all of the top 10 things not to do at college are girls that go to MSU.

tread easy my friend

If only he was able to read.

This kid IS his own halftime show AND he could actually be the QB.
Mr. Brandon, make a pitch - when Denard needs a rest, this would be an awesome possibility on the depth chart.

And nobody has questions the veracity of the video? I wonder if he can throw as hard as Mike Vick:

Just kidding. Sort of. Very cool video, but my skeptic-alert is mildly triggered.

Can you do it while a 265 lb defensive end is a quarter second from seperating your 3rd and 4th vertebra?
