I'm at work and dying to know.

That answer about not just running a certain offense but adapting to your players was both very encouraging and something of an obvious slap at RR.

He essentially just said that mgoblog made the coaching search more difficult .  hahahah!

I think sometimes people forget that it's about the best experience possible for the players. Coming back and saying that was the best time of their lives. Not the "business/adult world/kick them to the curb mentality" I was hearing over the weekend.

Okay, I'm ready to run through a brick wall now. As an aside, a certain journalist needs his fucking neck snapped.

Well, as pressers go, considering the last 3 years, that was exactly what a lot of fans needed.

Like what I'm hearing, but then I thought similar thoughts 3 years ago.

But thanks for the good read everyone. I had a feeling a lot of the "Hoke Hate" was not knowing him. Don't get me wrong, he has to win football games. Anyone does. But at least people seem willing to give him a chance.

I know every coach hates to lose but I really feel that Hoke will hurt not just because its a loss but also because its Michigan losing.  That passion will hopefully turn this program back to what it once was.

I've said it to tons of people over the last couple weeks - Hoke and players ahve been interviewed a ton in local SD media, I'm not completely sold on Hoke, but he sounds like a football coach and his players in SD would run thru a brick fuckin' wall for him.
