Student Tickets
hey guys i was just wondering if someone could explain to me how and when i can get student tickets for um football next year. I am a senior in high school right now, but have been accepted to Michigan next year and plan on attending the school. how do i get student tickets or do i even qualify for them at all? if any former or current student could answer my question that'd be great. thanks.

If it's the same as when I started ('98), they'll send you something in a few months and you just fill it out (well, and pay of course) and get tickets.

I think you'll get the form in late June/early July.

Mid-June is when you could start ordering them last year (I'm a freshman right now).

I would recommend sending your ticket apps. in w/ a friend or two or you will have one ticket , section 28 row 92. Most of the time it is like general admission but it helps to have your ticket next to a buddy. just a thought. Enjoy!

Student ticket sales are mostly online now, I think.

if there are any students out there who aren't interested in getting 2009 student tickets for football, please let me know; I'd be willing to front the cost + $20 for you to pick up a set for me. My MCARD still works just fine, and I don't look too old...Yet.
But yeah, please let me know if you do or know someone else who might be willing to do so.

Chances are, any current student reading mgoblog is probably a pretty big football fan, at least big enough a fan to attend the games.

karpo,
Try bringing this up again in a few months. If no one here is planning on skipping out on tickets next year, I know at least a few people who would definitely do it for 20 bucks.
