Dee Hart and the 7 on 7
Did anyone see when ESPN showed the starting lineup for the southeast team offense they said Dee Hart was considering Notre Dame, Alabama, Auburn, and CSU. Good job ESPN on getting your information, I guess Dee Hart isn't considering Michigan.(sarcasm)
Edit: I also believe instead of CSU ESPN meant to put FSU
Then the backflip!
at the lack of attention to detail. i guess they meant to put FSU instead of CSU, colorado state doesnt really have a pipeline into florida.
it was also funny wen after the first play texas commit onyegbule caught it and the announcer goes "oh...ye...bu..le with the catch"
EDIT: oh and dear tom luginbill, longer shorts please. that is all.
Colorado St. has a good pipeline to Central Florida, and Dr. Phillips in particular. I counted 18 Florida kids on their roster, 4 alone from Dr. Phillips HS.
it was supposed to be a joke but apparently i was dead wrong. my mistake. honestly though, who would have guessed that colorado state has a pipeline to florida...weird. i had no idea.
i believe that colorado state was one of the first schools to offer dee, according to scout anyways
That backflip was impressive. Effortless!
they are busy covering up that LeBron James ESPN LA story.
LBJ and his crew comes off as a bunch of gigantic douchers in that story.
Des was just talking about how "the pose" and how it was spontaneous. Then they talked about Dee and said there's a guy who could be doing a pose in the future but didn't mention Michigan again.
Karlos Williams with the Pick six! Damn thats a fast 220 pounder.
espn would have allowed him to do that. A) it technically would be recruiting by an alum(?) and B) they want to remain neutral on where recruits can go.
it was the play by play guy that was listing the schools Dee is considering and, like the OP said, they failed to mention Michigan again.
Their ticker across the bottom also says LB Tony Stewart instead of Steward. Looks like they have hold on what's going on with recruiting.
ttech commit QB brewer STARES down his receiver. watch him, he doesnt really go through his progression.
EDIT: oh and how did Ja'Juan Story end up on southwest? hes from florida. and quandre diggs is(i believe) on southeast. hes from texas. i dont understand that switch
It is a lot easier to stare down your receivers with 4 less players on the field.
Not easier in this case. He's really gonna struggle with those extra bodies flying around the field.
How sure are we that Dee Hart is thinking seriously about Michigan?
I gotta say this is the kind of kid that (if we get him) makes this offense click in a big way. Brandon Minor/Carlos Brown/ those type of guys are old school Michigan power backs (I secretly pine for those days). But this offense is about creating space in the open field for guys with speed, and my boy Dee seems to have it. Imagine Sophomore Dee with Senior Denard....... Holy crap.....
considering michigan"
well:
1. dee hart is seriously considering michigan
2. michigan state would never let a felon play on their football team.
one of them is a lie.
(its #2)
Yeah, if he's leaning 75% towards Michigan, I doubt he's very interested.
The back flip was probably one of the most telling things that occurred in this ESPN U debacle. That takes some serious athleticism to just stand there and pop into a back flip near perfectly. Up there with with the "TTU gets verbal from Cyclops QB" story line.
I really am 40 and can still do a standing backflip.
Yes, I was a former gymnast, but it's not that hard.
Like anything, it just takes practice
Are you Mike Gundy?
I'M A MAN! I'M 40! COME AFTER ME!
This would be like Shaun White saying a 1080 isn't that hard. For 99% of people, it's impossible.
...and I'm beginning to realize..... This dude is a game-changer.
Now if we could only recruit some LBs.
Don't worry on the 29th or just after I got a feeling (not a gut feeling) that we'll get one. a good one.
