who else was suspended?. If it isn't in the article (and I didn't see it) that the OP put the link up to, then you can ask. Its the people who ask questions and all they have to do is read the damn article. Instead of letting everyone else read it then ask them (one of the first things presented in the article) what it was about.

Given the past few years with Frank Clark, LTT, and especially how the program handled Gibbons, maybe we shouldn't approach opponent suspensions like we have a program 100% full of Gerald Ford-like scholars and gentlemen.

I sort of feel sorry for them and Georgia.  They both appear to at least give some lip service to academics, and not doing things like blatantly oversigning.  Most of the other SEC schools don't even pretend to care.

It's hard to live in a neighborhood where everyone is cheating and not feel like you have to cheat too just to keep up.

this is great news. When all we keep hearing is that it will be the two defenses that have to slug it out. To me what they are really saying is it sounds like the offenses are suspect and theirs just got worse. Go Blue!

Wait, can you actually use that in court, the "my fine for possession should be less because I consumed more of my drugs" defense? If so, I think a lot of people have been missing the mark at their hearings through the years. Of course, they consumed more of the drugs they had on them, and showing up stoned probably isn't a good strategy. Maybe it is a lose-lose scenario after all.

Even though it's just a rotation Running back that is a big loss. In a low scoring grind it out game teams often try different options to find a hot hand. This will be one less guy they can use.

We're short a bunch of players too . . . Peppers, Glasgow, Mone, Mario, Green.  Jake may be a little gimpy.

Whatever.  Just suit up and play and see what happens.

I hope we win.  Ten wins with a victory on New Years Day over a name-brand SEC team will be a great first year for Harbaugh.  Enough to build momentum yet still be hungry.
