OT: Your stadium stories, worst experiences?
i want to be entertained and need a good laugh on this hump day, so let's talk about bad stadium experiences.
I was at the opening day in 2009 at comerica where there was a massive brawl outside the park before it even opened. I think it's on youtube. Anyways, I had a coke in my hand and a dude fighting got pushed into me and the coke went everywhere, splashing on the drunk next to me who probably had anger issues and he tried to fight me.

2006 vs Northwestern was raining in the cold. Not freezing rain. We were soaked in cold weather. But even that young, I still wanted to go in before the game to watch the band and warmups like I still do to this day.
I know 2008 vs Northwestern was 100x worse, the difference being a great Michigan team winning the game, but I wasn't at the 2008 game so I can't say I had an experience there.
Luckily the sun came out after the 2006 game. You're always warmer when you win. Even after MBB games this year it has been freezing cold, but I don't feel it because I'm so charged up from wins.

WORST: Bama in Dallas. Michigan fanz had one of the endzone plazas and Bama the other. For some insane reason, two Bama fans were on the Michigan plaza. The absolutely most obnoxious woman & man you would ever encounter. We were outmatched from the kickoff and they made sure we knew it every second of the game. It was absolute torture to keep your composure. If I didn't have my son with me I would have done something I regretted.
BEST: Under The Lights #1. We were in Section 6 Row 30, which is great for viewing south endzone action. The euphoria/despair/euphoria we all experienced in the last 5 minutes of the game resonated with me for weeks after. To this day when I need a "pick-me-up" I watch the YouTube videos of that night.

I'm an usher at the Big House. I got punched during the Man U Real Madrid soccer game, so that was fun.

Some of you guys have to do saints work, especially in the student section. If you happen to see this I'm curious if you've seen a change for the worse in the attitudes of fans. From my perspective the stadium experience has become worse since seemingly anything goes now a days.

Wasn't it that the students passed up a woman, got her to the top row, and swapped her out for an identically-dressed mannequien that got thrown over the edge of the stadium?

It was hotter than hell but it was nothing compared to the heat inside me for the Michigan fan screaming at the Michigan players. I sat in section 24, about 5 rows from the sideline and this loudmouthed asshole was screaming obscenities at the kids on the sideline and they heard him. A number of them turned around and he just kept at it until I finally lost it. He wanted to fight me and the guy behind me right there and I was ready to because he was just vile. So that takes my top spot for worst experience and I've been to Spartan Stadium more than once.
Number two would be the 2008 Rose Bowl. The amount of frat bros was insane. For the added joy of it add in the stadium is 80% USC fans and of those 50% were band wagoners plus the thrashing they gave Michigan made for a shitty event.

Think you mean the 2008 Utah game and 2007 Rose Bowl.

My worst in the past several years was probably at Nebraska. The Nebraska fans were mostly very polite and decent, on two occasions Nebraska fans even went out of their way to thank me for coming. The stadium, though left a lot to be desired (they have since added some new seating that is quite nice). I was up in the corner, row 90 something, and the only way in or out was to walk up or down approx 70 rows of bleachers. After Denard's injury, the game absolutely sucked.
