Calderone needs to avoid the hit (and is reminded to in the plainest possible language in the rulebook), I didn't see that as 50/50 or anything other than a reckless hit that warranted a major, although I do agree with calling it boarding and avoiding a mandatory game misconduct/disqualification by calling it hitting from behind. Awful decision that has already cost M one.

Hopefully the PK can hold up early in the second.

He's a great player. I don't get why people here shit on announcers because they praise players on other schools. I've seen Besse play since he was in high school and he's really talented. Minnesota high school hockey produces a lot of great players, and Besse is already drafted and getting big PT as a young player in D1 without going to juniors.

Oh give me a break. wisconsin is garbage and Michigan has 2 periods to get 2 goals. That football season has been voided in my mind. That staff is gone and we got a DREAM HIRE. Who gives two shits about 2014 football?

Here we go again, Red Berenson micromanaging the lines and it turns into a disaster. Dylan Larkin at wing, Zach Hyman at center. No 4th line center, Nieves scratched for Talcott?

You know nothing about his reasoning so maybe give him the benefit of the doubt? Would venture to guess he probably knows more than you on the subject! (Also, how'd it turn out...?)
