Saw this on my twitter feed. This is pretty cool. I'm sure this is just the tip of the iceberg of custom stuff they do for recruits.

Yet another marketing fail by our athletic department. Wrong colors and lack of proof-reading.
This isn't on the coaches - this is on whatever band of trained monkeys we've hired to run our marketing campaign. At what point will Dave "I know a little something about branding" Brandon fire these idiots and replace them with someone competent?

Not sure if they're the same guys who do the basketball twitter materials, but those are some of the best pieces I've seen for a sports team...maybe ever. (and I'm kinda a Brandon hater) Those materials are very clean and simple. Some with a retro look; some a bit more modern, but nothing jazzed up like bumblebees. This recruiting piece indeed has a HUGE goof (that I'd make fun of if it were Ohio), but overall it's not bad.
The typo kills me, but the colors seem fine and are consistent with the ESPN Magazine style. Consistency is a big deal with items like this, and I'm not the target...a high school kid is. (of course, I would never say such a thing about uniform changes where "Michigan" is the target, not just one person)
Why can't UM just give out cars and SUVs like normal colleges?

I just hope nobody cancels their season tickets over this.
