LOL Dude he is replying to the tweet about the G Tech GM. This specific gif use has nothing to do with a commit. When he uses this gif to indicate an incoming commitment he tweets it out on his own timeline. He doesn't just reply the gif to some random tweet to indicate a commitment is coming

I was rather confused by the 'bat boy sign' part in the title when the gif is Ralph from The Simpsons. I thought maybe Bruce Wayne was coming to be our new DL coach.
