OT?: Liberty University Hires Hugh Freeze as Head Football Coach
Hugh Freeze has been hired by Liberty University to be their head football coach. He replaces Turner Gill, who retired.
Here's a fun twist: Liberty University's Athletic Director is none other than Ian McCaw, former Baylor University Athletic Director who resigned amid the sexual abuse scandal.
How these universities can get away with employing these people while touting their universities as "religious" is beyond me. Morality is dead.

In a fair world, this ends so poorly for everyone because Freeze will eventually butt dial a club right in the middle of a meeting where Falwell is present. The problem is that they'll likely both go to said club after the meeting.

Turner Gill retired? That’s BS. He could coach another 20 years. Hope he lands somewhere decent where they appreciate the talents of a running QB (UM)!

Liberty is run by one of those nutjob Falwell kids and seems like the type of place where you want to join a cult but also want tax deductions. It probably deserves a guy like Freeze.
