M #5 in Coaches' Poll

And we have a bye week to get ready for PSU, the third leg of the Revenge Tour. I almost pity the Nittany Lions.

LSU's offense is actually pretty good. Their coach is an ox. He expects them to play at a high level. I am sure he will be expecting them to win. I know I will be watching, rooting for LSU. But that Alabama offense is pretty powerful. Dan Enos has added a lot to that team.

PSU seems to have reverted back to the conservative Franklin/Donovan days.

Moorehead was the brains behind those monster offenses.

Michigan should be able to run for chunks.  If they were able to get good yardage against Sparty’s DL, they’ll be very successful against Penn State.

Michigan State is probably the hardest DL we’ll face the rest of the year.

Sparty has 1 great D Lineman, and he is very good. I'm not sure overall though that they're better than Ohio St's D Line. But regardless, God Bless Ed Warinner for how much Michigan's O Line has changed!

I want to see it steam roll over Penn St, and Michigan absolutely dominate Penn St.

Trace McSorely may be in for the worst game of his career.

LSU and Alabama play each other on November 3. That will leave room in the top 4 for Michigan. So, no matter what Notre Dame does for the rest of the year, Michigan controls their own destiny---unless the CFP committee has Michigan ranked lower than 5 when their ranking comes out a week from Tuesday.

And Ohio St sure took a hard fall.

Michigan gets slightly better TV ratings than Alabama. So they would have that on their side. Though I'm sure the committee would love a Michigan vs Alabama game somehow in the Final 4.

Penn State is so fucked. With that said, Notre Dame beat us and there's a good chance they go undefeated and possibly keep us out of the playoff even if we win out.

If we win out we in don’t worry about that. I wish ND wins out too so we rematch them. I would rather play them than Alabama or Clemson right now. With that said let’s focus on penn state first

Wouldn't it be just like Notre Dame to have an upset loss. They do it all the time.

Just hoping.

But in 2 weeks, if Michigan beats Penn St, there will be room for them in the top 4, especially if they dominate Penn St. Really glad it's in Ann Arbor this year!! Hoping Trace McSorely has a nightmare day.
