This reminds me again how bizarre it is that Michigan's opponents never fumble. Every game involving other teams that I watch, there are tons. Each team has fumbled once in this game and the first quarter isn't over.

They weren't great in the second half against OSU either. They're not a legit top 10 team IMO, no matter how much they run up the score against teams like Illinois.

They had holding problems. Their holder sucked in the first half. Also dropped a snap on a punt. It was not a Peter Mortell Holder of the Year winning performance.

So, last week MSU gave up like 375 yards through the air and 10 on the ground. James Franklin therefore calls a run-heavy first half. Good thing his RB can break tackles.
