Half of the starting D for aTm was suspended for that game bro, and KY is awful. What's your point?

KY appeared to score.....26 points against their opponent, as opposed to Purdue, who scored....7 points. Advantage: SEC.
If Michigans top players on D and with Morris at Q we would still have smashed CentralThis isn't a sentence. Try harder next time, or there will be an elbow drop in your future.

NWU is in trouble - the left coast is never kind to the B1G

Good. Hope they're really unkind to Ohio State.

And just like that, they're back in it. Pick 6 puts them up 27-24

Hell yes... NU is not to be taken lightly. They are tackling well to boot. Get the safety in line and things are looking good. Go Cats.

You are clearly faking them injuries.

That was a clean hit. His head was up and drove through the QB.
September 1st, 2013 at 1:51 AM ^
else is the defender supposed to hit him? Do they want defenders lowering their heads top up and risk injuring themselves? That hit was facemask to facemask. I guess it is only about the safety of the offensive player though, who cares if the defender injures himself by making an awkward hit to avoid a penalty.
September 1st, 2013 at 1:51 AM ^
I just watched that hit in slowmo five time and have no idea why that is an ejection? His head is up and he hits the guy in the shoulder!
September 1st, 2013 at 1:49 AM ^
That hit looked fine to me, this rule is definitely going to piss a lot of people off with wrongful ejections.
September 1st, 2013 at 1:51 AM ^
i have a bad feeling we lose a player next week for that same bs call right there.
September 1st, 2013 at 2:08 AM ^
happen to several teams this year, if that ruling is the standard. Demens hit to end the game against NW last year most likely would of been a penalty under that standard, which is downright ridiculous as it was a textbook hit.

The Cal ejection on the NW QB hit, sucks. Great play, TERRIBLE rule.
September 1st, 2013 at 1:58 AM ^
of see what you hit doesn't apply anymore. The NCAA and NFL are so concerned about the safety of the offensive player, that they don't realize the danger in defensive players going out of their way to avoid any contact at the shoulders or above. Good recipe to get a defensive player paralized by not leading with the head up.
September 1st, 2013 at 2:14 AM ^
That and guys are going to start going low and blowing up the ball carriers knees. I have seen a few good ejections with the new rule but I think we are going to see just as many or more that leave us shaking our heads.
September 1st, 2013 at 2:00 AM ^
Why isn't the NW DB ejected here?
September 1st, 2013 at 2:05 AM ^
to review it, not sure they even looked at in slow-mo.
Pretty sure Northwestern is faking some injuries here.

lol poor play calling / decisions by both teams.

Yes... this will be a great indicator game when OSU plays Cal. Cats rule... with 2nd string QB all game. Awesome.

I am starting to have hate for the cards of louisville (obvious reasons).
But, after reading a Hype story about how great Teddy Bridgewater is and how he is Heisman favorite, I looked into their schedule and was grossed out by how easy their road to an undefeaated season will be. Their out of conference games are huge joke. And their in conference games -- every team is bad.
So, will the BCS and Heisman committee discount their soft schedule because I would put a 1 loss B1G team or 2 Loss SEC team ahead by the end of the year.
LOUISVILLE = POOEYVILLE -- yeah i said it.
