From two different girls on the Dance Team that this mascot will be gracing our sidelines in the near future. If not this coming year, the following one for sure.
I was told that there were a few prototypes and the Athletic Department settled on the one pictured above.

I'm actually becoming quite alarmed by this whole situation. Again, I'm not positive of the inevitability of this occuring, but I was in a box for the spring game and some corporate-types wearing M gear were discussing incorporating a Wolverine mascot. Generally, their conversation seemed to be favoring the idea and their wives were also pretty enthusiastic. Apparently this is more of an attempt to reach out to a younger crowd and for the mascot to make appearances as AA-area events, like Pioneer HS games.
difference between HS games and Hallowed Ground that is Mr Yost's House. If it wasnt good enough for him, not good enough for me.
